I inadvertently lost a patch I made a long time back to the acx_thread macro
that corrects a bug on Solaris. I thought it had been long since fixed by
the macro's author, but apparently not.
The cvs diff is below. Without the fix, a CC build on Solaris isn't
thread-safe due to a missing -mt flag.
I also can't get the cvs trunk to build on Solaris 10 x86 and will provide
the diffs for that once I fix the bugs.
