#21 Use standard file extensions

Never heard of .hh being used as a header file
extension. Neither has MS Visual Studio, apparently.
The files do not show up color-coded nor are they
picked up by the browse info, so no class info. All
this adds up to is extreme inconvenience. Any
particular reason you guys decided to be different and
not use .h or even .hpp?
