log4cpp-0.3.5rc3/RH-AS-3/gcc-2.86 make fail

    Hey,
    I tried this & got compile error regarding ios(of course it is not there). Is log4cpp -0.3.5rc3 compatible with gcc-2.96? (Iam constrained to use this gcc version due to old code issues. so dont suggest to upgrade gcc :)

      I'm having the very same probel on fedora 5

        After reading gcc-release notes, I figured that templates are not supported correctlty.
        Using gcc-3.2.3(supports varargs & templates) solves my issues.
