#85 Installation of man pages fails under cygwin

The installation of the man pages fails under cygwin
(Win32) .
The reason is, that the file names contain colons which are
forbidden in Windows file names.
Example:
/usr/local/man/man3/log4cpp::TimeStampComponent.3
