#80 borland builder c++ cannot compile

several errors during borland builder c++ 5.0 compilation.
some of them could be fixed easilly (just by adding
stdio.h or time.h) but others not (source
file "ConfiguratorSkeleton.cpp" not found, some linker
errors, etc)...

please remove "ConfiguratorSkeleton.cpp" from project,
and add "WIN32" define in project option.
