Hello!

I want to build log4cplus for using on iOS. I know it's not supported directly, but I managed to do what I need with a few changes in the source code. I think some of them can be smoothly integrated into official repository.

So here is the first one:
Since command line tools are not supported on iOS, I need a non-intrusive possibility to switch off loggingserver build. I added an option for this in the patch attached.

The patch is for root CMakeLists.txt in the official 1.1.2 release.
