#1 Weighting of specific sites

When creating a verticle search engine, there is a list of sites I want it to index. However, there are 2-3 sites I always want to come up first, regardless of relevance. (I want the most relevant results from these sites first, if nothing is relevant, then bring up the stuff from the other sites)

This may be because they are more relevant to the real topic. This may be because they are my sites. This may be because they paid me for extra listing power.
