[Lockonhr-developer] Added folder CroAF

Hello all,

I've added folder "CroAF" - separate folder for 1.02 Croatian Armed
Forces mod, to be used instead of subfolder in "HR prijevod".
later one is for translation only - pull translations from here.
All newly added/edited files from Pero, that he commited to:
HR prijevod - Loxk On 1.02
were moved to this new folder.

1. Make checkout of this folder.
2. Place newly edited files into this folder (local copy).
3. Commit to SVN

Additional note:
When overwriting existing files in your local copy of SVN, make sure
that you change the date of the file as well! (Just open the file with
editor and save it again without making changes) SVN could get
confused if files are of the same date.

4. Add all of the other files as well. When done, reply to this mail.

Use this new folder on your own free will.
