 I just checked in the basics of the Slicer and BlogSlice. These two classes
allow you to construct time based slices of preexisting Blogs. That is, we can
chunk out a Blog into time increments. I'm intending to use this to create the
archives pages. 
 
 That is, we'll have ALL the posts in on Blog object, use the Slicer to create
week slices in a BlogSlice, and then we can use the BlogOutputters to output
each of those weekly slices.
