Hey Guys

First of all congratulations for this great piece of software. We currently use version 0.3 under Windows. However we struggle to use the same version under Linux and MacOS X. Deploying the locanda.war file is working but than the application is not started in the Tomcat server environment. The error message: "Application at context path /Hello could not be started". When I use the the "applicationContext.xml" file from the "web-inf" folder of version 0.2.1 Tomcat successfully starts and load Locanda to "localhost:8080/locanda". Then unfortunately I can not write or access data to/from the very same SQL database we use under Windows. Please see the attached error message.

After some research a wrongly created or "*.war" package is very likely. Can you please check/verify and upload an updated package? Does anybody got the same error? Do you have any solution?

All the best,
Frithjof

    Hi Frithjof,

that's quite strange! the applicationContext.xml file contains the path of the external SOLR directory. Could you check if that path is correctly set?
As far as the DB is concerned, the locanda.sql dump file is the same for both the windows and linux packages, so it generates the same DB. Can you correctly create a new account once the webapp has started?

Please let us know so that you can enjoy Locanda! And stay tuned for the upcoming 0.4 release.

    Thanks for your feedback,
    the Locanda team
