Connecting

(Tools > Connection Settings)

When you first run LUP you will be prompted to enter connection properties for your WSUS server. The servers dropdown will list all of the servers you have created. If you wish to create a new server select that option from the drop down and enter the connection settings. If you are running LUP locally on the WSUS server all of these settings can be left blank. If you have multiple parent WSUS servers you can manage and delete them using the servers dropdown. Each parent server you add will be listed under the root node of the tree in the leftmost pane.

Note: As of Alpha v0.3 child servers are experimentally supported and will be listed under their parent server node. You should not add child servers using the connection settings form as they should be automatically loaded by the parent server. Please use the forums to report your experience with child servers.
