Please add Article ID and Bulletin ID columns to display next to Create Date and allow to sort of them

I won't hard-code additional columns since everyone's needs will be different. For me, none of my LUP packages have either of those fields populated.

However, the user should be able to choose which columns they want to show or hide. I've updated the tracker item to reflect this change of scope.
