I recently install LUP on my WSUS WS 2012R2 server.
WSUS runs perfectly and updates are deployed... But when I want deploy updates with LUP, I approve them to installation but they all stay in "not installed" status.
I read lot of topics in this forum about this subject but nothing run in my case.... (certificate/GPO/...)
Can you help me please or give me differents checks?

I would double-check that the updates are approved for the group(s) you client(s) are in. Beyond that, everything I can suggest is listed on the Troubleshooting Wiki page
