#3 Proposal to add features

Hi, first of all thanks for the great job you did to realize the feature set the sync now has. I have some wishes for future versions. if it would be possible ti will be great.

1. Add contact sync (at the same time my proposal is to change the sync method from doing a full download to a partial one because if you have a big amount of contacts and calendar entries the time consumed to sync will be huge. From my point of view this would be the way to prepare also for possible extensions in the future)
2. Add task sync
3. Provide the possibility to create new calendar entries on the Android device (only new no change of existing) This would provide the possibility to add a new entry without having the laptop running.

That the main wishes form my side. Thanks for thinking about these features.

thanks for feedback.

1. Contact sync is next on my list to do. Regarding size, I can sync only events that changed in LN since last sync. I think that will make sync progress faster. But, I don't want to add this feature until I am sure that sync code is stable. I am changing calendar parameters and events parameters from version to version. You know, there is not public documented API for calendar syncing, all this is done by my research and experimenting.

2. Question is, there is no standard task app on Android device, where to sync LN tasks?

3. Yeah, that can be done. I'll look forward, if there is simple way to implement this maybe I'll do before first point.
