I know Werner has checked in a bunch of changes to MIDI and myself I'm= =20 unable to compile timidity with jack support so I can't test it. We're planning to make a new (pre2) release this weekend, would be great if= =20 you could check if there has been any change to this behaviour after that. > Oh brother, Jack WAS the problem to the abnormal termination of TiMidity+= +. > I just upgraded to CVS, Jack 0.99.21, and TiMidity++ no longer dies. <sig= h> Ah... > Sometimes, I feel like silently weeping over this stuff... ;) I hear you. ;-) This is definitely on of the backsides of sticking to=20 open-source land... everything is a moving target and especially concerning= =20 audio nothing is really finished :-/ Though, it's getting better, getting better every day! The future's so brig= ht=20 I gotta wear shades!=20 =2E..oh well /Robert > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide > Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users. > Discover which products truly live up to the hype.
