What's the missing part of the equation? I don't see any list related links on the website! If I forgot, I can't blame anybody but myself, but my interest level waxes and wanes. I could see where it might look like I'm asking to be spoon fed on this, but suppose I just found out about MusE and free software yesterday? I would still have to hunt around to find the lists, and that assumes I know what standard operating procedure is. Maybe the list info is buried someplace, but it's not mentioned on the homepage or the documentation page. In order to find out about any of the lists via http://lmuse.sourceforge.net/ one has to go via the download link and then poke around a little to get to the lists page. There should be a readily available direct link to the list archives and subscription info presented when the sources are revealed. It's pretty much boilerplate to give people attempting to build code that resource at or before that time. It's also S.O.P. to include a subscription link when announcing a new list. It's one of those little process things. If it were me, I'd also mention sf's lack of reply to munging at that time and request using "reply to list" appropriately. I have a sneaking suspicion there's traffic that bypasses the list because of that. > > /Robert > > > Okay, I'm gonna get off you guys case for a few weeks so we can all do > > what we have to do.
