Just want to say I was brainstorming and realized a few problems do
 still exist, came into clearer focus, and possible solutions. 

Dennis was right when he said that his demo song's single program value 
 was not being sent, either in stop mode while seeking, or in play mode.
It's a long story. Hang in there it's a bit tricky, I'll try to right it. 

The goal: Make sure the values are sent. Even if there's only one value,
 or several in sequence with the /same/ value. "Get them out there".
