The attached MIDI file is being developed for testing
synths. This file works in Pro Tools, Rosegarden and
pmidi but causes Muse to crash when doing the import.
Create a new Muse session, do an import, the tools ask
me to add to the project, I say yes and Muse disappears.
In writing this bug report I wondered what would happen
if I ran Muse in a terminal instead of from the
PlanetCCRMA menu. That gave the following extra
information:
[mark@Godzilla mark]$ muse
mjsucaps: capsetp: Operation not permitted
no locale <muse_en_US.UTF-8>/</usr/share/muse/locale>

There's a quickfix in CVS now, it was both an overflow error
and a missing boundary check when adding a tempoevent
