Ward kindly pointed out that I forgot to push 7.1.8.   As a bonus, I have made yet another fix to the addto program.  This program will prepend or append paths to an existing path safely.  That is it won't add duplicate entries.  The improvement is that will take both space and colon separated values.  This means that the most recent version of Lmod is 7.1.9
