I've done my building on 12.04 x64 and VST support works fine... 32-bit precompiled is better than no precompiled, so humbly, begger's certainly can't be choosers here, but I'm not sure I understand the extent of the problem... i.e. If we build and package on 64-bit with wine, is it not running on 64-bit with wine?
