Hi, I'm very happy to see how active is the developpment of lmms since a few months. Many thanks to the developpers. Toby, I saw you closed bug #2014486 but I'm not sure things are totally fixed... To reproduce the problem : 1 - New song 1bis - Set general volume at 10% 2 - Put some notes on the first triple osc of the first bb-track (using the step editor, not the piano-roll) 3 - Create a new bb-track (then this new track is automatically selected and appears in the bb-editor When I look to this new track in the bb-editor, the first plugin has no notes (this is ok), but you cannot even set new notes, the step editor is not shown... When I did the process above this is what I had : Starting program: /usr/local/bin/lmms [Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled] [New Thread 0x2b41b3fdf8e0 (LWP 10631)] [New Thread 0x40800950 (LWP 10634)] [New Thread 0x41001950 (LWP 10635)] Enhanced3DNow! detected SSE2 detected [New Thread 0x41802950 (LWP 10638)] [New Thread 0x42003950 (LWP 10639)] cannot lock down memory for RT thread (Ne peut allouer de la mémoire) [New Thread 0x42084950 (LWP 10640)] called track::getTCO( 1 ), but TCO 1 doesn't exist QObject: Cannot create children for a parent that is in a different thread. (Parent is instrumentTrack(0x1511b40), parent's thread is QThread(0x7f7de0), current thread is QThread(0x137b6c0) called track::getTCO( 2 ), but TCO 2 doesn't exist QObject: Cannot create children for a parent that is in a different thread. (Parent is instrumentTrack(0x1511b40), parent's thread is QThread(0x7f7de0), current thread is QThread(0x137b6c0) [Thread 0x42003950 (LWP 10639) exited] [Thread 0x41001950 (LWP 10635) exited] [Thread 0x40800950 (LWP 10634) exited] [Thread 0x42084950 (LWP 10640) exited] [Thread 0x41802950 (LWP 10638) exited] Program exited normally. Maybe it's related... I noticed those types of display bugs in the bb-editor are fixed when re-loading the song... But they should not even arise imho. I really like the way mutting automation track works ! When I mute the automation track, the controlled parameter stay at his current value. Very useful for live use... Cheers, Stef |
