#3 Some new features.

This package is the basic 0.6.4 LMME with all the fixes
from my previous patch and a few extras.
The following features have been added:

1. /record
This command allows you to save your
query conversations to a text file, without
saving any other histroy. Can be turned on or off at
any time.

2. /system
Run shell commands in the background.

3. /send
Run shell commands and send the output to
a buddy.
