Trying to install on Windows 8 for band member. Comes up with missing DLL 'api-ms-win-crt-math-l1-1-0.dll' Tried installing manually, wouldn't register properly via regsvr32, and now comes up with 0xc000007b error code when trying to run. Suggested fixes on the web don't resolve it.
Anyone got any suggestions?

One way around this could be for your band member to use Jamulus OS. This wouldn't alter their hard disk in any way, and would mean they would boot their PC into Jamulus from a USB stick for the duration of the music session only, reverting to Windows when they are done:
