I am able to make recordings on Audacity with my Zoom R16 as the Audio Interface, but they are not very good. The required setting is Jack as the audio host, and Jamulus as the device.
The main problem is a regular break of 15ms every 500 ms in the recording. Can anyone suggest a setting to eliminate this?

If the recording is cutting out, there is a chance it is the buffer setting. Try increasing those, and see if it goes away.
