I'm in a group with 10+ people. Some on Mac (me), some on PC. Most using Jam 3.6.2 including me. I don't see the same servers as they do. We checked filter settings. When I try to enter the server via the IP I can't get in. When I launch Jam via Windows I can join, but then my soundcard/Asio causes delay.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately, this can happen due to network issues. It might be your router or your ISP or a combination. It's very hard to know what, if anything can be done, but you have a bigger issue for now:

I'm not sure I understand. You say, "When I try to enter the server via the IP I can't get in" - is this a public server you are connecting to (using the server list) or a private one (using and IP address)?
but then my soundcard/Asio causes delay.
What sort of delay are you getting? Is it larger than about 30ms?

Thanks for answering. Yeah that wasn't clear. I have a mac with the server finding problems, and a PC with Windows next to it that finds all the servers, but gives a crappy delay. So since I can find the servers on my Windows machine I think it can't be the router/internet/ISP. And since I have no delay on my Mac, I think the driver of my Windows pc causes delay.
Since I can't find the servers on my Mac I use the Jamulus Explorer to find the IP address and then I enter that. But it doesn't let me join.

I see. There are some suggestions at the bottom of the Troubleshooting page that may relate to this but it can be be tricky if it's at the router or ISP issue. See "Not seeing a list of servers at all?": https://jamulus.io/wiki/Client-Troubleshooting

Hi Parsvotan,

Thanks for trying with me, but I found no solution.
