I ran a public server under "Genre Jazz". Server was listed as registered. Name of the server is "Bird'sNest". I'm running Jamulus on Windows 10. Server has appeared on the connect list but now does not appear. Also does not appear on the Jamulus Explorer list

Are you running this server on your pc at home or is it in the cloud?
If it is at home the IP is the external IP of your router, if on the cloud the IP your provider gave you.
But if, as I assume, you are running the server on the same computer as your client at home you can connect locally using the IP 127.0.0.1 in the Server Address window at the bottom of the connect window.
I do not see your server at all, neither with the Jamulus Explorer nor on the normal connect window. Either it is actually not running or something is blocking the connection, firewall, router, ISP. Difficult to say.
