I have just downloaded Jamulus and gave it a trial run with a friend who has been using it successfully for jam sessions. I could hear him but he could not hear me at all. My ID box was showing on the Jamulus screen but the vertical audio bar for me was stuck on three blobs whereas his was rising and falling with his voice.
I have a WIN10 desktop and a Zoom H2n external mic which I have been successfully using on Zoom conference calls. When I originally set up the H2n I tried to use ASIO4all but it would not recognise it. The Zoom help line advised me to download their own H and F series multitrack driver, which worked. Today, I hoped that Jamulus would work with the H and F series multitrack driver but, although Jamulus recognised it as an ASIO driver, it stated that it was unable to communicate with it. I therefore downloaded and installed ASIO4all. I selected it in View/Settings/Soundcard/Device. However, it still won't respond.
Can anybody offer advice, please?

Jamulus only can use 48khz sample rate. After hooking up to your pc and choosing audio i/f, set the sample rate to 48khz before clicking connect.
