What's the way to make sure SCTP is not loaded on the machine?
Will the OS automatically load the sctp driver?
Which configuration script do I need to modify to control the SCTP
availability during the boot-up?

worked well for me on my SuSE 9.2 Professional box...  I don't think
we've developed a load-on-demand mechanism...
