Hi, I've a multi-homed client (IP1, IP2) and server (IP3, IP4). I'm setting the HB interval for the association to 5 seconds at client side (Association has IP1 and IP2)... Afer the association setup, what I observed is that the HB interval is ~5 for the primary IP (IP1), but secondary IP (IP2) exchanges the HB with a time of 30 seconds (system default)... Why is it so? Also I tried doing the get/setsockopt() for getting peer ip addresses and tried applying HB individually for each IP (Peer IP).. This also didn't help. Actually I wanted to try this (getsock, setsockopt for HB) for local addresses (sctp_getladdrs), but it's failing at the setsockopt() level only. Can anyone help? Best Regards, Laxman G |
