Hello! Thank you very much for help. I am able to take the dump
successfully (using the polling mode), however, there seems to be an
issue with "loading ksyms from dump". Does anyone know of this issue? Do
I need to compile the kernel with a different option? Please let me
know. Thanks!

Please compare files kerntypes in /var/log/dump/<date> and the one
copied from (/boot/Kerntypes-<uname>).
(ls -l /var/log/dump/200701121552 and ls -l /boot/)
I think it was a bug in savedump.

After playing with both driver and the utilities I was able to get the
system to generate and save a crash dump. However, this dump is not
readable at the moment. I do see all the 3 required files though. Please
provide your much appreciated help. Here is the output from lcrash...
