#47 Alsa midi support

I think that is very important add to Lives the alsa midi support... like do a lot of linux programs.
In this way all midi devices supported by alsa will work in Lives!
When i run a linux program that have this support i see this like an input midi device in aconnectgui, in this way i can connect it whit all device i have in aconnectgui.

I think that is not difficult because are a lot of bindings in all programming language...and a lot od software use this way in linux.
I'm not a programmer and excuse for my bad english, i'm italian :-)
