#194 Mint 14 File not found error
I was having issues dragging files into Lives 1.6.2 since I downloaded it. First, I found out that I did not have mencoder installed. After I installed mencoder, I got this error:
"LiVES error: Unable to read from file /home/maxwell/livestmp/560038702/.status"
I downloaded from the Software Center (same files as Ubuntu 12.04 gets) and I am using Linux Mint 14 MATE.
I'm sorry, I forgot to include that this error ONLY occured when I imported any files into LiVES. It then crashes without warning after displaying the message.
Please try to find a more recent package. 1.6.2 is a year old and is no longer supported. Most likely this bug has been fixed since then.
