#367 Patch for Irtoy/Irdroid new Kernel Driver

The new kernel driver for Irtoy/Irdroid ,doesn't add end-of-signal and begin-of-signal markers, and this renders irrecord unusable (there is no way to record any remotes, compaining GAP not found).

Attached is a patch for the ir_toy.c kernel driver that addresses this issue.
