When it is having problems, disconnecting and reconnecting has no effect. It only mentions that C1 (4.7uF) is optional, but recommended. I included it. I guess the other (ugly) solution would be to give it an external power supply. That would (likely) clear up whether it is hardware or software (but as you said, likely hardware). Dan |
