config file for Spectrum DVR 210-H

after a lot of procrastination, i finally worked out the config file
to command via IR the Spectrum DVR supplied with my latest cable
installation.






i don't recall how (if?) to upload configs to <some
repository>, so here is a copy.






the system thinks it's a "Spectrum210H" although all of the
manufacturer tags say Humax ... so not sure how to list this.
Spectrum?  Humax?






all i know is:  it works.
