That I'm doing this on my free time, and that this varies. The last year has been different for me, I'm on a new job and have had far less time available. But, to be honest, it's also about motivation. I asked if you had done the update according to the instructions (which you perhaps didn't find in the first try; no problems with that). This is what I got back from you. If this message was posted in a debian context it would clearly violate the code of conduct. Here we are just lirc upstream, here are no such guidelines. But I can assure you that my motivation to help drops dramatically when addressed this way. So, unless you answer my question this discussion is over for me. Life is too short. Cheers! --alec |
