irw receives old button if new one is pressed

Hello!

I'm trying to get the infrared receiver of a "Creative Soundblaster
X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro USB Audio System with THX SB1095" to work in
archlinux.

The IR-Receiver works in Microsoft Windows. The model number is SB1095
and the remote is a RM-820. lsusb says "Bus 002 Device 016: ID
041e:30df Creative Technology, Ltd".

I can learn codes via irrecord:

# sudo irrecord -d hw:Pro --driver=alsa_usb lircd.conf

Finding the gap only works with arrow and volume keys. I can learn the
whole remote but afterwards it doesn't work sufficiently:

If I learn only two buttons the lircd.conf looks like this:

If I run irw and press 2 times KEY_RIGHT and then 3 times KEY_LEFT I

The first KEY_LEFT returns a KEY_RIGHT.
Sometimes it's even worse: It needs several key presses until the
correct key is received.

What's the reason for this? How can I fix this?
