lirc_mode - change or query the lirc mode from a script.

I wrote this simple program to allow changing lirc modes, without dedicating a remote button to the task.  

With this, you can switch modes at the launch of a program, and prevent programs in the background from responding to the same button presses.  

I've only tested this using lirc v0.8.3 on irexec, irxevent, and xine.  Your results may vary.  See the LIRC docs for more info.
