Any support for hp tx1000 builtin cir?

Just installed ubuntu 8.10 on my tx1000 (over vista home)...man how
sweet it is.

All peripherals work (fprint, webcam, expresscard remote, sound,
wpa2/aes, suspend/hibernate)...except perhaps winmodem.

Finally year of the desktop? Next year this may be true man.

So I have been testing my mceusb stuff and iguanaIR usb on the laptop
and all works well. IguanaIR seems way more responsive/correct though.

Got me wondering about the builtin CIR? on the laptop which interacts
with the remote. I see NADA in dmesg regarding this hardware yet the
remote works.

Possible to use this with lirc? lsusb/lspci/dmesg below...
