2.6.28 and imon 0038

Hi, I used the 2.6.28-rc6 kernel for about 1 month without issues. Today I
have upgraded to 2.6.28 the remote works fine the first time,
but if I remove lirc_imon module and reload it, lirc doesn't work anymore:
lircd and irexec/irxevent start correctly but I get no signal from the
remote..
Switching back to 26.28-rc6 solves the issue...
Someone can confirm?
