This looks almost the exact same as mine and the remote looks the same. I have the HTR-6040. I was not able to get this to work with the Hauppage IR reciever instead I bought one of these: http://www.irblaster.info/receiver.html. If you get a serial receiver I can give you the remote codes and the configuration file I use (I had to create one using irrecord).
