Announce: LIRC Config 2.0

Hi All -

  This is to announce v 2.0 of LIRC Config; the online LIRC
configuration tool primarily targeting media PC users (such as MythTV). 

  The tool now allows lircrc sharing and ratings, in addition to online
selection of lircd.conf files, and configuring those remotes/devices for
programs (creating lircrc's).

  For the LIRC veterans on this list, it definitely doesn't support all
the power of LIRC - it's meant to prevent people from reinventing lircrc
configs and be an easy way to setup one's own remotes and a/v devices.  

  I realize there is an overlap with lircrc_config, but as the makers of
the LIRC transceiver CommandIR ( www.commandir.com ), we felt a need for
a shared collection of lircrc's and leaned toward something online and
platform independent to help users (customers or not) configure.
