Hello everybody, I am new both to Lirc and perl, and would like some advice: First, I managed to connect via lirc with a very simple .lircrc file using irexec. But now I want to interface the lirc signals directly to a perl program. I read that Lirc:Client does that, but did not understood the interface very well. The 'progname' is the main perl program, some daemon that irexec that lirc or lirc::client creates, or else? If the lirc::client is used, the .lircrc is still needed? Thank you for the patience... -- ----------------------------------------------------------- Ivan S. P. Marin ---------------------------------------------------------- |
