According to past discussion in this list, people have been able to use the transmit function of the mceusb2. I downloaded the latest from cvs, I recompiled the kernel module, copied the tools/ and daemons/ to where they should go. rmmod lirc_mceusb2 and lirc_dev, reloaded with modprobe and restarted the new lircd daemon. Everything works for receiving signals. Sending still does nothing against my Scientific Atlanta 3200 Explorer. The carrier frequency I have set is for the SAE8000, of 56000. Any idea why: irsend SEND_ONCE SAE8000 POWER does nothing? Thanks, Joe K |
