sometimes this happens because of dirt and dust on the keypad of the
remote. In that case the commands are really sent from your remote.

Bring the remote in another room, in a box or remove batteries, and wait
if you still get random keypresses. If so, the problem is because of
"noise", but I bet it's from your remote control.
