I have taken a couple of more troubleshooting steps. Since I already had a dtvrc16 IR output config in the lircd.conf file, I dug one of my D10-300's out of the closet and plugged it in near the IR transmitter... I sent it the Menu command "irsend SEND_START dtvrc16 Menu" and nothing happened, so I went over to the D10-300 and I held it REALLY close (< 1/4" / 2 cm) to the IR transmitter and it picked up the signal... so I have verified that transmissions will in fact work. I then send the command to "mute" my Denon and still nothing there... I guess it's progress since it works fine with one device just not another. Any ideas?? I'm going to tear the cover off the Denon Receiver and put the IR transmitter directly on the Denon's IR receiver so hopefully that will yield some better results. -- Josh |
