Lirc - auto startup

Hello,

I am using Kubuntu dapper.
I had some problems to install lirc, but it's working now.
However, when I reboot my system I still have to input some manual commands,
because I don't know where to put them for automatic startup.
After reboot I type in as root :

setserial /dev/ttyS0 uart none
modprobe lirc_serial
dpkg-reconfigure lirc

And as normal user :

irexec -d

Can someone tell me where to put those commands for auto startup.
