Thanks for info, I've modified permissions of the ticket system so both feature requests and bug requests should be available to all users.
Regarding the LICENSE file it's a bit messy. Some files are under BSD license (inherited from the old days), some are under GPLv2+. I'm not sure how to properly handle that... Now I rewrote most of the files anyway so I should be in a position to declare the whole package GPLv2+ but if I can avoid that it would be easier (people tend to be touchy about these issues). I guess I'll talk to our lawyer :)
