I'm trying to setup two devices with different clock priority, we using an am437x cpu. This is connected to a mv88e6390 switch ( have ptp support - PTP support for DSA and mv88e6xxx driver rfc patch ) and this switch is configured via bridge interface br-lan. I make eth0 the CPU port of a DSA device. I also attached logs of the commands from slave and master. I also attached config file of two devices. The two devices do not forward each other ptp messages to their other ports. (including eth0) But when ptp4l does not work on a device, this device forward ptp messages from other device to all of its ports.(including eth0). |
