☹ and ☺ (smileys) are too similar

The two characters ☹ (U+2639 WHITE FROWNING FACE) and ☺ (U+263A WHITE SMILING FACE) are too similar.
I often use them in running text, and they are almost impossible to distinguish at size 10, while they should contrast. Too my point of view, it is because
* they are too small
* the tongue makes the frown/smile smaller, and "perturbs" the perception of the frown.
The problem might also come from the hinting at this resolution (ee attached screenshot).
Of course, if these glyphes are changed, ☻ (U+263B BLACK SMILING FACE) should also be changed.
☺ Have a nice day !

For the record, this was fixed in the Libertinus fork of this project: https://github.com/alif-type/libertinus/pull/307
